Studied architecture at the Architectural Association (AA), London, (1974-1979) and Urban Planning, History and Theory of Architecture at the Graduate School of the AA, with scholarship (1979-1981). Since 1983 he works in Greece with the architect Elias Skroumbelos where he becomes a partner in 1995 at the firm “E. Skroumbelos, J. Vikelas, C. Skroumbelos and Associates, Metron”.
